download headings.csv is missing the first row #890

It was skipped intentionally. Was there a change after refactoring?

@nielsklazenga the headings.csv for an offline download is missing the first row. This is the only bug I have found when trying to download raw_eventDate.

If you have an example URL (minus email) for the offline download where a field is missing from the output, please provide it.

Test with any download by checking the first column name in the records csv is also at the top of headings.csv
