facet download with lookup=true and lists=true may result in incorrect conservation list columns #894

Missing at least a row reset and a trim().

e.g. https://api.ala.org.au/occurrences/occurrences/facets/download?facets=names_and_lsid&fq=Amphibia&lookup=true&lists=true Has multiple columns with similar names e.g. "Victoria : Conservation" and " Victoria : Conservation". Conservation columns have their values fill down. Not good.

A related issue. When the conservation lists in lists.ala add additional columns biocache-service might end up returning the wrong column as the conservation value.
