6 years ago This is now working in the clustered environment. The software has been changed so that it solely reliant on an CSV export being produced in a prescribed format (see javadoc for details).
This is now running as pipelined jenkins job.
I am opening this issue to track the status of outlier detection for biocache-store 2.x which may not be working currently. It isn't clear whether it is classed by the ALA management as a critical feature, but if support for it isn't available when we decide to switch over to the clustered biocache, some users will be concerned that it isn't working and will need help at that point to adjust their queries or find alternatives.
