The new layers, e.g. cl10910, do not have world coverage. A valid intersection with the new layer cl10910 can be found in cassandra for https://biocache.ala.org.au/ws/occurrence/82863b6f-9676-4a50-8ef5-219d3be0ebd9
When indexing discovers a new field it will only be added to the schema used by biocache-store when indexing is finished. This is done by the jenkins job. i.e. a new field will only be available in SOLR after the 2nd reindex.
I will rerun the index and see if it picks it up this time.
Looks like a second reindex picked them up. Will close this and open another issue for an enhancement to that process given the number of layers we are going to be adding/modifying soon.
New layers were added, and a complete resampling run but they are not appearing in processed records.
The new layers appeared in the list during the
SyncLocTable
phase:The new layers are visible on the sampling server:
https://sampling.ala.org.au/sampling-service/fieldsdb
The new layers look like they all have
"indb": true
and"enabled": true
in thefieldsdb
list.The new layers are not visible when running
biocache process-single
on a record:Or when accessing the record using biocache-service:
https://biocache-ws.ala.org.au/ws/occurrences/40e9dbc1-65c4-4eea-bc80-68cea2d1e55b
The new layers do not show up in the biocache-service index/fields document:
