Trying to understand CLI functionalities as a whole #327

Hello gentlemen,

I've already checked the source code but it still not clear to me the purpose and functionalities of Biocache CLI. There is some high level description of it?

Sorry for the late reply - Biocache CLI is our command line tool for loading, processing and indexing darwin core data.
