Add debug logging for branches in MediaStore #370

Having difficulties debugging MediaStore and it has very sparse logging currently. Need to add debug logging (off by default) to certain branches in MediaStore (and possibly other related files) to verify where it is going currently with a particular Darwin Core Archive.

The debugging added yesterday wasn't enough so adding more today.
