Remove hard-coded 'membership' values on collections pages #126

The Collection domain class has a networkMembership attribute which is a encoded list (String). The vales are pretty much hard coded in the GSP pages.

So that other countries can use this feature (Brazil want to), the String encoded list should be moved into a separate one-to-many table relationship and all hard coded values and links in GSP pages.

Ability to show these relationships will be a requirement for the new solution. ALA won't fix this in the collectory.
