modify display of number of data sets to show how many are providing records #74

Open M-Nicholls opened 7 years ago

Dashboard currently shows 5500 data sets, only 600 are providing records the rest are MERIT and biocollect projects, lists or sources of profile info (old scraped websites) that don't provide records.

Implement with a change in title and nested rows?

Resource Catalogue:

Institutions: 247 Collections: 206 Data Resources: 5600 Data available: 1400 Occurrence data: 600 Species lists: 783 Description only: 4200

The stats are coming from the collectory and its only providing the data for what we see on the dashboard. E.g. http://collections.ala.org.au/ws/dataResource/count/resourceType?public=true

So we'll need to get the collectory to output the breakdowns above as a dependency for this issue.

Edit: unless the collectory has an option or other service to provide these breakdowns already(??).

bioache query for: Occurrence data: 600 http://biocache.ala.org.au/ws/occurrence/facets?q=*:*&facets=data_resource_uid&flimit=0

[{
  fieldName: "data_resource_uid",
  count: 654
}]

@M-Nicholls I'm not sure what "Data available: 1400" means? Can you provide an example and how its different to "Occurrence data: 600"?

There's some indenting missing from the formatting, those are subtypes of Data Resources with data available:

so of the 5600 data resources, 1400 have data available, 600 are occurrence data, 783 are lists. The remaining 4200 only have a description
