Darwin Core Compliance Epic #1014

Guiding Principles

1. Field names should be one of the following:

Darwin Core
A "raw" version of a Darwin Core field, indicating an original value as supplied by the data provider
Additional properties, with a field definition specified and publicly available

2. A field label should match the Darwin Core term eg recordedBy = Recorded By; basisOfRecord = Basis Of Record

3. Term definitions should be publicly available

Proposed Activities

All fields in key ALA systems should have names that align between systems and to the above field name principles.

Pipelines: AVRO in the record and index data
Biocache fields origins:
- Indexed: SOLR schema (location?)
- Stored: occurrence JSON
Biocache Service facets (anywhere else?)
Downloads (remove Legacy Download format)
GBIF Exports
Galah check (Galah handles Darwin Core fields only so should be minimal impact)

Develop an implementation plan to align these.
