OBIS datasets eml string contains whitespaces #1026

Some of the OBIS datasets failed to be created because the whitespaces in the beginning of the eml string for eg: https://www.marine.csiro.au/ipt/eml.do?r=herbivory_wa_2019

A minor fix to ensure that the eml content string is stripped off the whitespace
