Create Event Core data set with Bush Blitz Expeditions

Create Event Core data set with Bush Blitz Expeditions from Occurrence records that are already in the BioCache.

• [ ] Find occurrence records resulting from BushBlitz Expeditions: https://biocache-test.ala.org.au/occurrence/search?q=text_datasetName:%22bush%20blitz%22%20OR%20text_eventID:%22bush%20blitz%22%20OR%20text_parentEventID:%22bush%20blitz%22
• [ ] Download an as complete as possible set of raw data for these records
• [ ] Create Event Core data set
• [ ] Upload data set
• [ ] Find a way to link the Occurrence records of the Event Core data set with the original Occurrence records
• [ ] Make process repeatable
• [ ] Ideally integrate this with pipelines, so that Occurrence records can be re-used.

Issue will be updated when there is a real plan.
