[x] move event fields to a separate block (like taxonomy and geospatial)
[ ] add comment box for sections - event, taxonomy, geospatial, images (individual images if possible) and a general/other comment box
[ ] remove flag an issue button
[ ] comments on each section create an assertion

Adding a comment to each section could result in a lot repeated widgets/icons... what about having a floating "comment / flag issue" box on left side or at bottom, similar to a lot of the feedback widgets that websites often have? Right side of page edge (middle) seems to be the consensus among a few tools I just looked...
