Search/faceting on fossil dating #303

Allow search and faceting on period/epoch/era for fossil records.

Complicated by range considerations, since the DwC terms give upper and lower terms. Possibly done by calculating a date in years BP, which can be a long, and using that for range searches.

Just the epoch alone would be the most valuable to most users at this stage.
