I think that the complexities of the data would largely be accommodated by delivering the data in the same format as our other collections but also using:

• associatedTaxa for the host taxon, when known host: Macropus Robustus

• dynamicProperties for the site on host information. Recommended practice is to use JSON format so I'm thinking: {"site on host": "spiral valve"}

Ideally both of those fields would be searchable, they would definitely need to be reportable

Then, if the exact host specimen was known, either

• associatedOccurrence for the host voucher, when known host: SAMA:Ichthyology:F1234

Or (and I suspect this is more proper and it is also very similar to how we send the tissue data)

• relatedResourceID for the host voucher, when known SAMA:Ichthyology:F1234

• relationshipOfResource when the host voucher is reported in relatedResourceID host to

I’ve just uploaded a test upload of our parasites data to the Current folder in our upload. I’ve incorporated the changes discussed below.

Could you let me know if this works? I’ve tried to use the sandbox to test but was unable to log in (502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu) )
