Description

Spatial loading infrastructure operational and the suit of layers sampled against the occurrence records is curated

Deliverables

Layer loading:

Spatial Test online
Spatial staging operational
Capability for data management (not just individual resources) to migrate layers to production

reduce number of spatial layers indexed in production

Move layer infrastructure to an external provider

Workshops and documentation

Spatial test and spatial staging are working. It isn't clear why they are being referenced on a new ticket, as it is already completed work.
