Update OBIS data sets #516

Not sure if you have checked by OBIS holdings recently but I do have some more potential datasets that you may wish to incorporate in ALA.

A list is at http://www.cmar.csiro.au/data/services/obisau/

It includes data from OBIS-SEAMAP that I have used to build a database of wildlife sightings around Australia – you may wish to exclude them. You will see them with a IPT URL like  https://ipt.env.duke.edu and originalDataSource = OBIS-SEAMAP"

If you do harvest or already have done so, then could I get a list of ALA identifiers and I will mark up my collection record with those identifiers. Once that is done, the record disappears from the list of potential resources.

There are some ZoaTrack datasets in here and some other tracking datasets.

This dataset is ready to be ingested. @sadeghim has mostly written this job, but there is an added flag now to indicate whether the datasets are to be sent to GBIF.
