Sightings on Norfolk Island missing in the ALA from some datasets

The ALA has plenty of sightings on Norfolk Island (~1500km east of Brisbane):

However, several datasets that should have records on NI appear not to. First example is iNaturalist:

Another example is the eBird Australia dataset:

This issue was raised via an iNaturalist user who couldn't find their sightings in the ALA, all of which were made on Norfolk Island: https://support.ehelp.edu.au/a/tickets/138880

(This user will also be affected by https://github.com/AtlasOfLivingAustralia/data-management/issues/775 - the NI issue was discovered while finding a work-around to show this user's records in the ALA.)
