Update iNaturalist sensitive data statuses #835

Last update was i 2019. We may have to also reverse changes made in 2019.

This has now run in iNaturalist production. There are multiple manual changes to be made, outlined in each report for each state. Removing old statuses and updating Critically Endangered and Endangered records. I'll have to do that using my own iNaturalist login.
