Remove APPD entries from the Collectory #869

Delete these data resources from the collectory.

  1. Use the API to first create a CSV extract of the information in the data resources
  2. Ensure there are no child records in biocache
  3. Find out where the APPD data is archived (Devops should know) and ensure this metadata is stored with it.
  4. Delete the data resources
