Create occurrences file and a new collection in the collectory, and you would create what's called a "provider map" in the collectory, linking a collectionCode and institutionCode to a particular collection. Look it up in confluence. Then in the data you make sure you include those fields in the data - or that the data provider knows about them.

Occurrences file created and uploaded to dr21628 in databox. Create new TMAG Tissue collection but can't work out how to get a Collection code as yet.

Provideder/collectionCode created. Testing in databox

New dr21654. Tested in databox and provider map showing correctly. Just need full dataset now.

Somehow have created new dr21628 for this - not sure how that happened. Data loaded in databox. Emailed user re:

• 4 records with null catalogNumber so these have been excluded
• relationshipOfResource column has only one value 'same individual as'.
• I have included it in the upload but it doesn't provide any information

Successful preingestion in production - dr22983. Waiting for the index run over the weekend.
