eDNA / Microbiome data loads #901

We will be working with Australian Microbiome (based in Hobart) to load data into the ALA.

OBIS have done mappings as per the GBIF eDNA model for marine data, per marine voyage here: https://www.marine.csiro.au/ipt/?search=bioplatforms

We have some sample data from the Australian Microbiome, ask PN for new data. They want to produce data for us, rather than have us download and map data from Bioplatforms Australia, which is what they did before. We have to provide them with mappings. Map the data sample into a DwCA, making sure the mappings are easy to share (python code?) using OBIS' mappings as a guide.
