New sensitive lists - SDS testing

• sensitive xml is updated in test
• using sds-test, run a full-interpretation (ie exclude the dwca-verbatim step) and full index
• in biocache-databox, test that the sensitive data has been suitably obfuscated

Then in production run a full interpretation, full index and verify on the index switch that data is obfuscated.
