2022 Mobilisation - Collections, Institutions and Provider Maps

There is some work to do in the collectory to create the entries that are missing for each of these data providers.

Alicia is going to create the list of metadata records that need to be created.

For all of these in the collectory (https://collections.ala.org.au)

Find all the relevant institutions, See if the collections exist (Alicia)

Make sure there is a provider map (Rose)

Herbaria can be a little different - find them in the collectory - (any questions or they need to be created - check it with Niels)

• ECU - data analysis complete. Some updates but data in good shape. Need clarification re mapping of media files.

• TMAG - dr21654 in databox. Provider Map information successful. Waiting on full dataset and collection metadata.

• DPI - no data or metadata as yet. Provider map set up in collections-test

• BG KP - no data or finalised metadata as yet. Provider map set up in collections-test

• SAMA - no data or finalised metadata as yet. Provider map a problem as collections not listing in UI

• QM - no further work to do unless a new collection is required

SAMA to be included in current load. (not sure when that is!)

Tissue Collection collectory metadata needs to be updated - https://collections.ala.org.au/collection/show/co166

SAMA will need to provide the information for us to update unless they can edit themselves.

• ECU - Data and images supplied. Issues with image->catalogNumber mappings. ECU to review
• DPI - Test dataset up for review. Need to sort out collections etc...
• TMAG - waiting for final dataset
• BGKP - Data in databox waiting for review
