2. Perform the following using both a Simple search for "acacia" and an Advanced search between the start dates of 2020-07-20 and the end date of 2020-07-30 and check each of the following:
[x] number of search results is correct (~745K+ for "acacia" and ~6K for the date search) (NdR 2022: I'm seeing 22K for date range search) (Sushant 10/2022 - Im seeing 152.8K for date range search )
[x] Note to avh test, ~255K for "acacia" simple search result due to different data resources
[x] facets are all internationalised and populated and clicking a few facets shows the expected page ("Data resource" field is a good check as fq values are codes but labels should be names)
[x] map show dots over entire continent
[x] Charts and Record images tabs show expected content
[x] Facets - check the choose more... link shows modal div and that facet values are displayed
[x] Scroll list of facets (Use scientific name facet) and check that the list loads next batch of values (if you see "Loading 100 more values..." then its not working as expected)
[ ] Click the download icon () in the facets modal div and check that the CSV file contains values with counts the same as the table displays
3. Perform searching on Event
[x] a. click the 'Event' tab, search on forms of Dataset Name, Event ID, Parent EventID, and Field Number, e.g. PPBES
All should perform partial text search and return occurrences related to PPBES*, e.g. PPBES-01, etc.
[ ] b. PPBES* should be listed in the Facets
4. Perform downloads - run download,
i) check download file matches the expected results (totals)
records - DwC format
verify emails are being sent for offline downloads
5. Check the record display for a few records - click on a record entry on the search results page, via the "Records" tab
[ ] a. check for DwC fields section, DQ tests, sampling for env. and context. layers
[x] b. check a record that has user annotations (&fq=user_assertions:* )
[x] c. add an annotation (via "flag an issue" button) and reload page sto check it was saved.
[x] d. delete the annotation
[x] e. view a record that has outlier information (e.g. acacia search above but show "Assertions - outlier count" facet via "Customise filters" button), ensure the correct number of layers are sown and that charts and displayed
[x] f. check a record with images and click images to confirm they link to image-service
[x] b. On the search results page, select the "ALA General" Data profile if not already selected by default
[x] c. Note the returned record count listed near the top of the page e.g. ~764k records returned of ~871k
[x] d. Toggle off the selected data exclusion Data quality filters e.g. "Exclude spatially suspect records" etc and verify that the returned record count increases accurately. When all filters are toggled off, the returned count should match the total count.
