Update Resource Types in collectory

We need to update the resource types in the collectory to be more helpful.

Resource type existing items: Species-list (10404) Records (3147) Website (128) Events (7) Document (2) Publications (1) Uploads(0)

note: no spaces in picklist, the display value is just the capitalisation of the string value

1. Rename: species-list to species-lists

2. Organise children for:

   • document
   • website
   • uploads

3. Create new

   • occurrences
   • distributions
   • taxonomies (names sources)
   • images
   • other

This creates a final list of:

• species-lists
• occurrences
• distributions
• events
• publications
• taxonomies (names sources)
• images (only if images available in the image service with no occurrences)
• other

4. Reorganise data resources These will be deleted, so organise the data resources into more meaningful resource types:

   • document
   • website
   • uploads
   • records

5. Delete empty resourceTypes

Some things have dependencies on the records resourceType

• an alert called New Occurrence Datasets is full of DRs that are records
• the records only button list on this screen: https://collections-test.ala.org.au/dataResource/list
• anything else?
