2023-2024 Data Mobilisation - Native Bees #978

Thousands of native bees specimens across the Swan Coastal Plain representing over 200 species, and subsequently over the last three years have conducted systematic native bee biodiversity surveys for DBCA in the jarrah forest, again collecting thousands of specimens, representing over 200 species. This collection effort is unprecedented in the southwest Western Australian biodiversity hotspot.

Initial mtg held. Approximately 10-20K records to be supplied Some will have associated images.

Kit to provide sample spreadsheets and image/occurrence relationships.

ALA already has 499 records for Kit's Bee data. Mobilisation to be used for digitising further records in TMAG database.

Mtg 16/10/2023 has been set up with TMAG on to discuss details re any support that is needed.
