EPBC List - request to add SPRAT ID #979

Matt Vickers wants to be able to merge the latest SPRAT list with our EPBC list via galah. SPRAT ID was previously in EPBC list but we removed it when simplifying the lists. It can be added back in.

I think that all the lists should retain the taxon identifier from the source system, and possibly a link a back to the species page in their system if there is one.
