Production Release Activities DOI Service 1.0 #39

Activities for release 1) Release v1.0 DOI Service. Make sure plugin versions are using release versions 2) Deploy DOI Service via ansible script. 3) Make sure that DOI Service is pointing to ANDS test site. 4) Perform https://github.com/atlasoflivingaustralia/doi-service/issues/38 to migrate data 5) Ask Matt to switch dns name aws-doi-prod.ala.org.au to doi.ala.org.au 6) Change config server name to doi.ala.org.au and point to ANDS prod. Restart doi-service 7) Perform test with Javier on minting DOI download.
