Update data set name after Monitor callback #942

The collection eventTime seems to be set based on when the collection is sync'd to cloud so if multiple protocols of the same type are submitted at the same time the name won't be unique.

We also have been asked to replace the plot dimension in the name with "Core" or "Core + Fauna" depending on the contents of the site.
