Automated DwC feed from AEKOS to ALA and drill back. #15

Data transformation job - Mahmoud has checked and data in feed from AEKOS is what is needed; to check that the feed contains enough information for drill back and appropriate attribution.

Occurrence records from AEKOS datasets can be drawn into ALA, and there is an ability to drill back from ALA to the rich methods data accompanying those records in AEKOS. Largely completed in previous AEKOS and ALA work - needs finishing.

Lee: We will need an ability to a) recognise systematic survey records b) gather/map all the records of a specific survey, c) generate in the SP, a sites x species matrix from (b) - this will generate pseudo absences. Phase 2: as per (b), gather all records with a user entered samplingProtocol within a user defined area - into a new point layer (SP). The ability to generate a sites x species matrix will be a MAJOR addition to ALA functionality as this data structure is one of the most common in eco data analysis.
