Deployed the production Events-UI. All functions work, but downloading request failed.
Investigations:
- the request denied by API GW, (500 error) , the Lambda service behind was not triggered.
- Redeployed the test Events-UI package, the downloading has the same issue.
- Switch the current API GW back to the old one (backup)
- Request passed through the API GW
- The Lambada service was triggered
- Events-test received confirmation email. Suspect some issues with our backend downloading process
Current: Redeployed the production version and use the backup API GW
- DOI confirmation email received

Since there are a number of PRs waiting for GBIF review, if we want to deploy these changes on test for review, please use this branch - it contains all recent our changes:
