Changes to fix issues retrieving correct taxonomic information using search_taxonomy() (issue #86 )

search_taxonomy() renamed to ala_taxonomy(), now able to return taxonomic information "below" informal nodes
taxonomic_information vignette updated and now precompiled (issue #85 )
