Load Layers - Global Forest Change 2000-2012 for Australia #23

Changes to forest cover from the systematic (global) work of Hansen et al seem highly useful for the research community and would complement our current layers on dynamic land cover (changes) and land use. See http://www.earthenginepartners.appspot.com/science-2013-global-forest/download.html and the 7 associated layers tiled for Oz.
