Load Layer Heard Island Vegetation #49

This data is a recent compilation of the vegetation classes of Heard Island. The data is a Shapefile and can be found at https://www.dropbox.com/s/2zcmh6vcug1o9kz/Heard%20Island%20Vegetation%20shapefile.zip?dl=0

I'll chase and enter metadata into the layers table when advised.

A related shapefile set to this is a compilation of Heard Island Ice Coverage from the Australian Antarctic Division:

I think it may be better for me to get a checklist of species for places like Heard Island. If the map classes are single species, we would have to treat it as a 'checklist area'.
