Generate new auto-update (monthly) of Kingdom=Plantae occurrence density, species richness and endemicity #66

User Michelle requested species richness layer for vegetation. On reflection, it is worth doing the triplet for Kingdom=Plantae for continental Australia at 0.1 degree (~10km grid) resolution updated monthly of

  1. Occurrence density
  2. Species richness
  3. Endemicity

Experience suggests that the three original density, richness and endemicity layers should be moved to a monthly update as well.
