Update frequency of calculated layers to monthly #86

Given the rate of new records and the time for the calculations, suggest that the updates to layers

Occurrence density Species richness Endemicity Endemicity-non-marine (if we still do this?) Shannon diversity (H)

should happen monthly, not weekly.

Checking results, we need to use a 2x2km grid for these monthly updated layers. 10x10 is too coarse to be effective in detecting sampling bias.
