Load layer : Add Travelling Stock Routes for NSW #92

Email from user requesting the addition of the Travelling Stock Routes for NSW layer to the ALA:

The web mapping service address for the TSR dataset is https://spatial.industry.nsw.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/CrownLands/TravellingStockRoutesforNSW/MapServer

You can add a WMS layer to the Altas using this address for the TSRs: https://spatial.industry.nsw.gov.au/arcgis/services/CrownLands/TravellingStockRoutesforNSW/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS

If visualizing only, the "Add WMS" is ok.

I did note that Version="auto" doesn't work, the specific versions work ok, but for odd tiles of "Layer unavailable".

Thanks, I have asked them for either a Shapefile or a WFS API link that can be used to generate a Shapefile, as the WMS output is basically raster and will lose some detail if I try to convert it to a Shapefile.
