Review reasons #13

The current stats we have for the number of download events by reason show a skewed distribution:

We should investigate what the actual "reason" many of the "other scientific" downloads are for (by emailing the most frequent downloaders and asking them. And then revise the reasons to reflect the data.

@M-Nicholls - this might be something a part-time/student person could look into?
