Interface majorly broken when deploying the mdba-hub using ansible with the current biocache-hub (0.74) #30

When deploying the mdba-hub using ansible it (as of today) uses the current biocache-hub version, 0.74 (was using 0.74-SNAPSHOT previously which, while it didn't work there iether, is not a good guide as it is a moving target that is now outdated by 0.74). In combination with this it seems to break the interface, with no real content other than a few unresponsive buttons.

Fixed by defining skin_layout in the ansible file:
