We need to upgrade the airflow environments to the latest version as the current 2.2.2 version. Latest version on MWAA is 2.8.1.

Environment on AWS is created, testing the new version there.

Upgrading to 2.10 included in release on pipelines-airflow repo:

assertion-sync fix (authentication)
update alias collection fix: to run assertions-sync and exclude publishing records from checks and update GBIF exports and metadata update
cache cleanup after switch

The test version of the fixed branch is on databox for test.
