Collection Labels/Tags - additional information #381

The BIE indigenous tab works by asking the profiles service for all matching profiles from public collections that have the IEK tag. The idea is that this same service could be used to request profiles for other purposes, like fetching the Flora of Australia profile for any plants etc.

This works fine, but is not obvious.

We should:

  1. Change the collection admin page to allow administrators to opt out of having their profiles shown in other ALA applications
  2. Change the ALA Admin page where tags are created to allow the ALA staff member to describe the purpose of the tag (e.g. "The IEK tag will make your profiles visible via the Indigenous Information tab on the ALA Species Page")
  3. Change the collection admin page to display that description for each selected tag

Need to keep alive until there is a corresponding issue in another repository (possibly BIE).
