UI - Change default search type to Scientific Name

As a user with an understanding of scientific names I want the default search type to be by scientific name So that I don't have to change the search type before searching

Requirement:

1. Allow a Collection Administrator to set the default search type for a collection.
2. Make the selected default search type apply on the search page and in the header for the collection.

Note: this assumes the majority of users for the collections will know what the scientific names are and will use them to access profiles. Currently, the Indigenous Knowledge collection does not use scientific names so this default would need to be made collection specific.

For Flora profile collections, I estimate that >90% of searches will be by scientific name, hence this request. Good solution to make this configurable by collection

Note: Once a user does their first search in a session, the search type is "remembered". This means a user only using this search type would change it once at the start of each session.
