Indigenous spatial layers #39

@ansell - I still cant see any of the new Indigenous related spatial layers up on the Spatial portal. Are you able to chase this up. Going to a conference next week where would like to highlight these.

If Adam doesn't get time this week to push the layers across to spatial.ala.org.au the workaround is to demonstrate using http://spatial-test.ala.org.au/spatial-hub/

Check for new versions of native title layers and the ILUAs as these change regularly. These are available on the native title website. Check latest version of IPAs Indigenous Protected Areas. Data 61 has a spatial portal "national maps" they may have native title layers for northern australia check for possibe additional layers.

@RobinaSanderson Loading new layers has been delayed by both the biocache clustered (the Solr index was bursting at the seams in terms of its size) and the spatial portal upgrades. I had loaded many (~60) of the more recent layers to the layers staging server (nectar-spatial-staging) but they were wiped out (unknowingly) by a developer using the staging server for testing because we don't have a dedicated spatial test server at this point. Once the biocache and spatial portal upgrades are finalised and we have test infrastructure for both so that developers are not experimenting with the production servers I will create new layers using recent sources and start loading them to the staging server again.

@ansell Thanks for the update, Peter. At the moment I'm just going through all the stories in Seasonal calendars to get an idea of all the work that has been thought of. I'm not sure of Nat Raisbek-Browne's priority for this work, but will note the timing dependency on the test infrastructure and let her know why it might need to be delayed.
