Describe the bug Clicking on the option Tools | Nearest locality produces an error message (test, staging and production systems)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior Display of 10 nearest localities to mouse click location

Actual behavior Error message

Cannot test. CORS is not working.
