No legend/map display with Predict/Maxent tool #385

When running the Predict (Maxent) tool, the output is correctly displayed, for example: https://spatial.ala.org.au/ws/tasks/output/1241434/species.html

However, there is nothing displayed on the map, and the legend shows as a broken image in both the sidebar and in popup form:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Tools > Predict
  2. Under 1., restrict prediction to 'Australia'
  3. Under 2., check "include spatially-valid records' only; Search for species 'Nymphoides crenata'
  4. Under 3. use 'BIOCLIM 1960 best of 5' only
  5. Under 4., 'Percentage of records used for testing mode': 20%; layer resolution to use: 0.1 [have tried other resolutions too]
