Remove "world" option for the area reports. #407

ala-dashboard seems an appropriate alternative to "World" in the area report tools.

Having global stats in the Dashboard makes sense.

In retrospect, I think "World" as a Preset doesn't make sense anywhere, except in Add to Map | Area. Even 'Australia' is ambiguous as it could imply terrestrial with or without islands or External Territories or including EEZ etc. The only current 'preset' that makes sense is 'Current extent', which isn't a 'preset' anyway, but should be the default area. I'd just include it in 'Other' in Add to Map | Area.
