query.qid not sent to biocacheService in webportal/legend requests #411

  1. open https://spatial.ala.org.au/?q=lsid:https:%2F%2Fid.biodiversity.org.au%2Ftaxon%2Fapni%2F51300181&qualityProfile=ALA

  2. colour by scientificName

  3. the request sent to biocache-service is https://biocache.ala.org.au/ws/webportal/legend?cm=genus&q=lsid:https://id.biodiversity.org.au/taxon/apni/51300181&type=application/json

The webportal/legend request should contain the QID not the lsid.
