"Standard download of these records" creates incorrect download link #444

  1. Add an area to Spatial Portal, and add a species to it
  2. Click on the "i" information button on the added species, and click the "Standard download of these records" link.
  3. The download link created will have an additional "qid%3A" string in it, causing the download to fail.
  4. Downloading records by instead clicking "Table view of these records" and using Biocache works correctly, as does clicking the "Download all records for ..." quick link.

Example bad download URL is: https://biocache.ala.org.au/download/options2?searchParams=%3Fq%3Dqid%3Aqid%3A1664415455607&targetUri=%2Foccurrences%2Fsearch%3F&downloadType=records&reasonTypeId=10&sourceTypeId=0&downloadFormat=dwc&file=records-2022-09-29&layers=&customHeader=&fileType=csv&layersServiceUrl=

A new Freshdesk has been raised for this and I'm still able to recreate this error. Reopening. An occurrence download errors, and a species checklist download comes back empty. https://support.ehelp.edu.au/a/tickets/178755
