ALA-chart-plugin does not work properly

Two bugs: 1, Charts are not displayed [Fixed] 2, Charts cannot be displayed again.

Reproduce the issue 1 :

Add to Map -> Add Species Choose "Australia" Choose "Eucalyptus Gunni"

Click 'Info' button on this layer:

Charts are not displayed

Reproduce Issue2

After the fix, the charts can be displayed once. However, the charts cannot be displayed if you click the info button again, unless you refresh the whole page

Fixed by removing few i18n
