The error messages indicates that the qid failed to be generated. spatial-hub was fixed by adding a redirect in sandbox nginx from biocache-service/qid to biocache-service/webportal/qid, and this works for spatial-hub faceting, but the qid with this error might be in spatial-service for a different reason.
